MANAGISH in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Pizza Maker to join our fast-paced kitchen. The role is full-time and on-site, focused on dough preparation, accurate pizza assembly, and timely cooking to meet quality standards.

You will collaborate with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff, while maintaining hygiene and safety in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has strong pizza making skills, knowledge of food safety, and customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong pizza making and cooking skills with kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and basic kitchen procedures.
• Customer service and communication to support guest experiences.
• Able to work fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders.
• Experience in restaurant or café setting is preferred; training is an advantage.
• Follow recipes, portion control and operational guidelines with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough and assemble pizzas with accurate portions.
• Cook pizzas to established quality and safety standards.
• Manage the pizza station and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow recipes and operational procedures; ensure efficiency during peak hours.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff on orders and guest requests.
• Check inventory levels at the station and ensure proper storage.
