Job summary

AL Gahwa Al Arabiya in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Pizza and Cold Kitchen Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. You will manage pizza production, dough handling, toppings, sauces, and cold kitchen items.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in pizza or cold kitchen operations, solid food safety knowledge, portion control, and the ability to work quickly in a busy kitchen. UAE visa is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in pizza and/or cold kitchen operations.
• Good knowledge and expertise in pizza preparation, dough handling, toppings, sauces, salads, appetizers, and cold kitchen items.
