Qualifications

• Experience in pipe fabrication and assembling piping components.
• Ability to interpret isometric drawings and technical specs.
• Knowledge of cutting and beveling techniques.
• Proficient in pipe fit-up and alignment.
• Skilled with measuring tools (tape, square, level).

Responsibilities

• Interpret piping isometric drawings, fabrication sketches, and technical specifications.
• Measure, mark, cut, bevel, and prepare pipes and fittings for fabrication.
• Perform accurate fit-up and alignment of pipe spools, elbows, tees, reducers, and flanges.
• Assemble piping components according to approved fabrication drawings.
• Operate or assist with pipe-cutting, grinding, and beveling equipment.
• Verify dimensions, orientation, and alignment using appropriate measuring instruments.
• Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and quality inspectors during fabrication.
• Follow applicable safety procedures, material identification requirements, and fabrication quality standards.
