About the Customer Service Team

You’ll join a globally distributed, high-performance support team that ensures users receive responsive, accurate, and human-centered service. Support channels include ticketing systems and live chat—covering user inquiries, KYC, complaints, and more.

  • Handle high-volume live chats and online customer interactions
  • Provide clear, accurate, and comprehensive assistance
  • Follow communication protocols and service policies
  • Record and route customer requests to relevant departments
  • Resolve issues within defined timeframes and follow up effectively
  • Continuously engage and delight users with empathy and professionalism
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (ideally in finance or e-commerce)
  • College degree or above
  • Native-level French and advanced English proficiency
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams is a plus
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and honest
  • Resilient under pressure with excellent communication skills
