Job summary

ExecuJet Middle East seeks a PIC/Lead Commander for the Gulfstream 500 based in Dubai, UAE. You will lead operations, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain aircraft airworthiness, while liaising with clients and crew to deliver seamless service.

Required are an ATPL with a current Gulfstream 500 type rating, 4,000+ total hours, 1,000 PIC hours, 2,000 jet hours, and strong CRM. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and duty roster with leave allocation.

Qualifications

• ATPL with current G500 type rating required.
• Minimum 4,000 hours total time; 1,000 hours PIC time; 2,000 hours jet time; 2,000 hours multi-engine.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Commander/Lead commander duties as per EJME OM.
• liaise with passengers or aircraft owner when defects affect schedule.
• Ensure aircraft IAW EJME POM and applicable SOPs for registry.
• Be responsible for all on-board decisions; paperwork in order; airworthy before departure.
• Create a safe and professional on-board environment with good CRM.
• Brief passengers on journey time, weather, delays and pertinent flight info.
• Ensure crew presentable and that reps image is upheld; report incidents through proper channels.
• Promote a Just Culture and ensure compliance with internal/external regs and procedures.
