Job summary

Mediclinic International is seeking a senior Physiotherapist with in-depth leadership experience to standardise and grow the divisional Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation service line across the Dubai cluster.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, a current UAE license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. A background in hospital operations and strong cross-functional collaboration will drive the programme’s integration and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Physiotherapy experience with at least 4 years in leadership.

To standardise and grow divisional Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation service line across the assigned cluster, ensure efficiencies across applicable business units, provide leadership on quality and governance of service line, and support quality of clinical services in collaboration with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Drive and integrate innovation and reposition and grow towards an integrated, collaborative R&P programme for the division through cross functional collaboration with operational and clinical stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 8 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist of which at least 4 years involved leadership responsibilities

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience in hospital operations

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited educational institution and a current license to practice. Also, BLS and ACLS certification.

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION: Licensed or eligibility for licensure with the relevant UAE Health Authority as a Physiotherapist
