Job summary

Healthpoint in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to assess referred patients, plan individualized therapy, and monitor progress across musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation.

The role requires collaboration with physicians, nurses and allied health staff to deliver integrated care and ensure safe, effective therapy while supporting education and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy with Master of Science in Physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, psychological, and functional needs to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Deliver hands-on physiotherapy across musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, and complex rehabilitation cases.
• Set clear patient-centered goals and work with patients, caregivers, and clinical teams to achieve outcomes.
• Continuously adjust treatment plans based on patient response and recovery trends, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Use evidence-based practice and outcome measures to track progress and uphold clinical standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver integrated rehabilitation care.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, post-treatment care, and long-term mobility strategies.
• Monitor clinical risk factors and prioritize safety at every stage of therapy.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, billing, and reporting per healthcare regulations.
• Contribute to service development, clinical education of students or junior staff, and quality improvement activities.
