Job summary

DrExpat is seeking a Pediatric Physiotherapist in Dubai to assess and treat infants, children, and adolescents with developmental and physical disabilities within a leading healthcare provider. The role focuses on developing individualized rehabilitation plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and functional independence.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of pediatric experience, a valid DHA/MOH/DOH license, and certification in pediatric physiotherapy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Pediatric Physiotherapy experience.
• Valid DHA, MOH, or DOH License or Eligibility Letter.
• Experience managing children with developmental disorders.
• Certification or specialized training in Pediatric Physiotherapy is required.
• Strong communication, assessment, and patient management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat infants, children and adolescents with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Manage patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic and developmental disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength and functional independence.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and ongoing rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DHA and hospital quality standards.
• Participate in continuing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Pediatric Physiotherapists who are passionate about helping infants, children and adolescents achieve optimal physical function and developmental milestones.

The successful candidate will assess, diagnose and manage children with neurological, musculoskeletal, developmental and congenital conditions while working closely with pediatricians, orthopedic specialists, neurologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams. The client is known for providing high-quality patient care, advanced medical technology and a wide range of specialized healthcare services including emergency care, surgery, maternity and outpatient treatments. It serves both local and international patients and emphasizes clinical excellence, patient safety and continuous innovation in healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities
