Job summary

Metabolic in Dubai seeks a licensed Physiotherapist with a focus on movement, exercise therapy, flexibility and functional performance. You will conduct clinical assessments, deliver insurance-based sessions, lead gym-based exercise programs, and help grow services through upselling and cross-referrals.

You will collaborate with physicians and lifestyle coaches to integrate care pathways, ensure compliance with insurance coding, and maintain EMR documentation while delivering patient-centered

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physiotherapy license (DHA / HAAD / MOH or eligibility to obtain).
• 2–3 years of clinical experience as a practicing Physiotherapist.
• Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles and clinical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments for diverse patient cohorts (diabetes, metabolic health, weight management) and design individualized movement and exercise plans.
• Deliver insurance-approved physiotherapy sessions and ensure alignment with coding and documentation standards.
• Lead structured gym-based exercise sessions linked to care plans and adjust intensity based on progress.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-referrals to related clinic services and wellness offerings.
