Job summary

Healthagon Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Center in Dubai is seeking a licensed Physiotherapist to join our on-site team. You will assess patients with musculoskeletal and sports injuries, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy.

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Dubai. The Physiotherapist will assess patients with musculoskeletal, sports, post-surgical, and chronic pain conditions, perform detailed movement and functional evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering hands-on therapy, prescribing and supervising exercise and rehabilitation programs, and using techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, sports massage, and movement retraining where appropriate. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and long-term self-management, as well as documenting clinical findings, progress notes, and outcomes in line with professional and regulatory standards. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient care, contribute to continuous improvement of treatment protocols, and support a high-quality, patient-focused experience.

Qualifications

Relevant academic background and credentials, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current professional licensure/eligibility to practice in the United Arab Emirates. Clinical expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management, with the ability to perform thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, movement rehabilitation, posture and mobility correction, and rehabilitation for performance optimization. Experience or training in specialized modalities such as dry needling, sports massage therapy, women's health and pelvic floor physiotherapy, and ACL or complex orthopedic rehabilitation is highly beneficial. Strong patient-centered communication skills, including the ability to explain clinical concepts clearly, motivate patients, provide education on prevention and self-management, and maintain professional, inclusive interactions. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, manage a diverse caseload, use clinical documentation systems accurately, and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards of practice.
