We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physiotherapist to join our dynamic healthcare team in a leading medical facility. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall physical well-being. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions, from post-surgical recovery to chronic musculoskeletal disorders. With a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and personalized care plans, this position plays a pivotal role in supporting patient recovery and long-term health outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including medical history review, physical examinations, and functional evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient goals, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and patient education.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy through continuing education and professional development.
  • Promote a safe, hygienic, and patient-focused treatment environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice physiotherapy in the UAE or eligible for registration with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or relevant regulatory body.
  • 4–5 years of hands‑on clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in outpatient rehabilitation, orthopedics or sports medicine.
  • Proficiency in assessing and treating musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical guidelines, therapeutic modalities, and outcome measurement tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
