Job summary

GEMS Wellington Academy - Al Khail is seeking an outstanding Physics Teacher to join the team. The role starts August 2026 or January 2027, and requires passion for exceptional learning and applying evidence-informed practice.

Candidates should have a B.Ed/PGCE/PGDE or equivalent, and experience delivering UK curriculum to GCSE and A Level with two years’ experience teaching the National Curriculum of England.

Qualifications

• Hold a B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent in Secondary teaching.
• Experience teaching the British curriculum to GCSE and A Level (KS3/4/5).
• Exceptional subject knowledge and ability to work in a high-performing team.
• Proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning.
• At least two years of experience teaching the National Curriculum of England.
