Job summary

Workato in Abu-Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our clinical team. The PA will perform medical services, physical exams, and assist physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies and licensure in Abu-Dhabi or eligibility. Salary offered is 1800 AED per month, with comprehensive medical insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant in Abu-Dhabi or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and other healthcare providers

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care, including physical examinations and minor procedures, under physician supervision
• Gather patient medical histories
• Take vital signs and record information in patient charts
• Order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and make treatment decisions
• Educate patients on preventive care and prescribed treatments
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
• Serve as liaison between physician’s office and other healthcare providers
• Liaise with other hospital departments as needed
• Maintain current knowledge of best practices in healthcare delivery
