Job summary

AccorHotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced hotel photographer to capture interiors, guest rooms, restaurants, events and experiences that align with our luxury brand. You will also shoot food & beverage content in coordination with the culinary team and deliver images that meet brand standards.

The role requires a strong portfolio in hospitality photography, proficiency in Lightroom/Photoshop, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to cover events in a luxury

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Photography/Visual Arts/Media or related field.
• Minimum 24 years of professional photography experience, preferably in hospitality/lifestyle/luxury brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing hotel lifestyle, food, and event photography.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs of hotel interiors, guest rooms, restaurants, events, amenities and experiences.
• Photograph food & beverage offerings, promotions and seasonal menus in coordination with culinary and F&B teams.
• Support coverage of hotel events, activations, VIP visits, weddings and corporate functions.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to align content with brand guidelines and campaigns.
• Edit, retouch and deliver images promptly, ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain and organize a digital image library for marketing and archival use.
• Coordinate with external agencies, models, stylists and influencers when required.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and handled.
• Adhere to brand guidelines, copyright regulations and usage rights.
• Support internal communications visuals for staff events and activities.
• Other tasks as assigned.
