Job summary

Mada Media is seeking a photography and videography professional to create high-quality visual content across digital, promotional, corporate, and event contexts. You will capture, edit, and organize media assets while adhering to brand guidelines and approved briefs.

The role involves operating cameras and basic lighting/audio equipment, producing digital or social content, and maintaining an organized media library. Portfolio is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, Media, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and editing capability is preferred.
• Practical experience operating cameras and basic lighting and audio equipment.
• Practical knowledge of photo and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and video footage in accordance with approved briefs, creative direction, and brand requirements.
• Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and other production equipment required for assigned shoots.
• Edit photographs and video footage, including basic color correction, cropping, retouching, sound adjustment, transitions, and other post-production activities.
• Support the production of visual content for digital platforms, social media, advertising, corporate communications, events, and other approved business requirements.
• Assist in planning shoots by reviewing briefs, identifying basic equipment requirements, and preparing production materials.
• Work with creative, marketing, and other relevant teams to understand content requirements and deliver assigned visual materials.
• Ensure photographs and videos meet required technical quality, format, resolution, branding, and creative standards.
• Organize, label, archive, and maintain photo and video files to support efficient retrieval and appropriate management of digital assets.
• Maintain cameras, lighting, audio, and related production equipment in good working condition and report equipment issues when identified.
• Perform revisions and adjustments to photographs and videos based on feedback and approved requirements.
• Support on-site and off-site photography and videography assignments, including events and other business activities as required.
• Keep up to date with photography, videography, editing techniques, and relevant creative tools to continuously improve the quality of assigned work.
