Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi if necessary.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and perform tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and explain the procedure prior to collecting specimens.
• Collect blood specimens using proper techniques.
• Label and store specimens per protocols.
• Safely handle medical waste after collection.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Keep the collection area clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Follow safety guidelines and SOPs during blood draws.
• Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after procedure.
• Keep accurate documentation of all specimen collections.
