Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will perform venipuncture and specimen collection with care, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort in a clinical setting.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in clinical laboratory operations including phlebotomy, and strong customer service and communication skills. Certification is preferred but not required. Salary is AED 1000 per month.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and processing blood specimens from patients in accordance with established standards and regulations. They must be able to handle blood samples from adults, children, and infants using the appropriate collection techniques.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical laboratory operations, including phlebotomy, as well as knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of specimen collection. They must possess excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
