Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in Dubai is seeking an Executive Electrical for a greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.

You will design, implement and maintain electrical systems to support production, compliance with UAE regulations and international standards, energy efficiency, and the integration of innovative technologies to support growth. The role emphasizes GMP-compliant electrical systems, high reliability, and collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
• 5-7 years in electrical engineering in pharma/industrial manufacturing.
• Greenfield project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Design and implement electrical maintenance programs.
• Comply with GMP and UAE electrical standards.
• Oversee electrical installations, upgrades and projects.
• Optimize energy use and reduce operating costs.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor HVAC, BMS, chiller and AHU operations.
• Maintain maintenance records and SOPs.
