Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

The Personal Trainer will be responsible for designing individual training programs that meet the specific needs of each client, depending on their body type, physical condition, lifestyle and goals. They will also provide nutritional advice and guidance on how to maintain a healthy diet. The Personal Trainer should possess excellent communication skills in order to motivate clients and develop trust relationships. They should also have the ability to monitor progress, adjust programs accordingly and provide feedback on performance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have an understanding of exercise physiology principles and be able to demonstrate basic stretching techniques such as dynamic stretching and static stretching. A good knowledge of sports nutrition is preferred, along with Level 2 or higher qualifications in fitness instruction or personal training. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as we are willing to train the right candidate if they possess the necessary skillset.
