Job summary

Woopel is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver high quality training, run individual sessions and small group classes to help clients achieve their goals.

Job Description:

The Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering a high-quality fitness service, including personal training sessions and group classes, to our clients in Abu Dhabi. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for creating individualized exercise programs that meet the client’s specific needs and requirements. The trainer will also be expected to provide ongoing support and motivation throughout the client’s program.

Duties:

• Develop customized exercise programs for clients based on their individual goals
• Monitor clients’ progress during each workout session and make adjustments as needed
• Provide positive feedback to motivate clients
• Keep records of all training sessions with clients
• Offering general advice on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and injury prevention
• Ensure safe use of equipment by clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification or equivalent qualification from a recognized body such as ACE, NASM or ISSA
• Proven experience working as a personal trainer (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 1200 AED per month
