Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving licence with an excellent driving record.
• Minimum 5 years' professional driving experience, preferably as a personal, executive, or VIP driver.
• Defensive driving certification is an advantage.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Partner to meetings, events, airports, residences, and other destinations.
• Plan efficient travel routes considering traffic and scheduling.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and handle routine servicing, fuel, and mileage records.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the Partner's business and personal matters.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and discreet Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for a Partner of Ushuaïa Nightclub. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring punctual travel, maintaining assigned vehicles to the highest standards, and providing exceptional service while maintaining complete confidentiality. The role requires flexibility to accommodate a dynamic schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation

• Safely transport the Partner to meetings, events, airports, residences, and other destinations.
• Plan the most efficient travel routes, taking traffic conditions and scheduling into consideration.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate changes to the Partner's schedule at short notice.
• Ensure punctual arrivals and departures at all times.
• Assist with luggage, packages, and personal belongings when required.

Vehicle Management

• Maintain the assigned vehicle(s) in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness both inside and out.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing, repairs, registration renewals, and insurance requirements.
• Monitor fuel levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle performance.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, servicing, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Ensure all vehicles comply with applicable road safety regulations.

Security & Confidentiality

• Maintain the highest level of discretion regarding the Partner's business and personal matters.
• Exercise vigilance and situational awareness to ensure safe transportation.
• Report any incidents, accidents, or security concerns immediately.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.

Administrative Support

• Coordinate daily schedules with the Partner's Personal Assistant and other relevant team members.
• Deliver or collect documents, parcels, and other items as required.
• Assist with occasional errands related to the Partner's business or personal affairs.
• Maintain accurate travel logs and expense records.

Qualifications
