• Meet, greet and acknowledge every guest and member using facilities and services.

• Support with planning and delivery of existing/new class initiatives.
• Ensure the Group Exercise Timetable is updated and adjusted as changes are made.
• Maintain tracking on Group Exercise class utilization.
• Prescribe high quality programs based on goals and results of clients.

To interact with guests and members and ensure that the highest standards of group exercise classes, personal training and services are always adhered to and that guest and member experience exceeds expectation. Key Duties and Responsibilities
