Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and address inquiries efficiently.

Job Purpose

To deliver exceptional customer service by handling branch-based banking transactions, resolving customer queries, promoting banking products and services, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The role serves as the first point of contact for customers, enhancing their overall banking experience while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and address inquiries efficiently.
• Process customer transactions including account opening, account maintenance, fund transfers, cheque services, and service requests.
• Assist customers with digital banking enrollment and self-service channels.

Supervision and Training

• Supervise the teller team and ensure that they are meeting performance standards and goals; Provide training and coaching to the teller team on customer service
