Salary Range: AED 19,000 – 22,000 per month (tax-free, plus benefits)

Key Responsibilities

Event & Logistics Mastery:

• Organize high‑impact meetings, conferences, forums, and VIP visits – including curating 2–4 premium hotel options, site inspections, and negotiated partnerships for accommodations and F&B providers.
• Prepare seamless agendas for delegations in Dubai, blending luxury with efficiency.

Monitoring & Optimization:

• Track relationship progress, deliver insightful reports to optimize strategies, and develop action plans for expanding key contacts.
• Support negotiations, deal closures, and strategic projects with a proactive edge.

Communication Excellence:

• Bridge internal departments and external partners with unified strategies, ensuring crystal‑clear interactions and elevated engagement.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in international relations, business development, or stakeholder management within luxury hospitality, F&B, or global consulting – ideally with exposure to HNWI or executive networks.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation prowess, cultural fluency (multilingual a plus), and tech‑savvy organizational tools (e.g., CRM systems).
• Mindset: Discreet, diplomatic, and results‑driven – with the poise to handle fast‑paced, confidential scenarios.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or equivalent; UAE work eligibility.
