Azizi Developments is a leading real estate and lifestyle developer known for delivering premium residential and commercial properties. As part of our rapid growth, we are currently seeking a highly professional and experienced Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar capacity within the real estate sector, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle all forms of communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and internal/external correspondence.
  • Coordinate and prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize business travel, visas, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in follow-ups on business matters, meeting outcomes, and project updates.
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to C-level management, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability outside of standard business hours if required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role supporting top-level executives.
  • Prior experience in real estate companies is highly preferred.
