A professional services firm is seeking a skilled personal assistant to support C-level executives. Responsibilities include managing diaries, coordinating travel, organizing meetings, and preparing documentation for board meetings. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, personal assistant experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

  • Screening telephone calls and responding to queries.
  • Arranging domestic and international flights and accommodations.
  • Managing executives' personal and business diaries.
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and interviews.
  • Preparing for board meetings, drafting agendas, and organizing documents.
  • Organizing company events and fundraisers.
  • Preparing expense reports for executives.
  • Performing personal errands as required.

  • Arranging domestic and international flights transportation and accommodation for Clevel executives.
  • Managing Clevel executives personal and business diaries.
  • Coordinating meetings conference calls and interviews.
  • Preparing for board meetings which includes drafting agendas gathering and printing all necessary documents and organizing refreshments.
  • Organizing fundraisers staff appreciation functions and other company events.
  • Forwarding or replying to emails and correspondence addressed to Clevel executives.
  • Compiling and submitting expense reports to Clevel executives.
  • Performing personal errands for Clevel executives as required
