Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily schedule of executives, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to facilitate smooth communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the management of real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and organised.
- Conduct research on real estate markets, properties, and industry trends to support decision‑making processes.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance/repairs for the office as needed.
- Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and internal departments, fostering strong working relationships.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a related administrative role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
