We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is discreet, professional, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations both professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with personal tasks including errands, reservations etc.
- Screen and manage communication (calls, emails, messages)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, if necessary
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
