Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enabling the CEO to operate efficiently and effectively across a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including internal and external meetings, board sessions, and investor appointments.
  • Organize and coordinate international and local travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence, calls, and requests with discretion and efficiency.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents; take minutes and follow up on action points.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders across the firm and external partners to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
  • Coordinate logistics for key company events, conferences, and client engagements attended by the CEO.
  • Support with personal errands and ad-hoc tasks to optimize the CEO’s time and focus.
  • Maintain confidential files and records in an organized and secure manner.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in prioritizing competing demands.
Skills & Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
