We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Managing Director. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling the Managing Director to focus on strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
 - Act as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
 - Draft, review, and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
 - Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
 - Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, responding independently where appropriate.
 - Organize and support board and leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
 - Conduct research and prepare briefs to support business decisions.
 - Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow across the organization.
 - Assist with personal and ad-hoc requests from the Managing Director.
 
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
 - Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a senior administrative role.
 - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
 - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 - Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle changing priorities.
