You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with tenants and contractors, and assist with business development tasks. BRKV is a private investment company in property, healthcare, and tech/media. We are expanding in Dubai and seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support the director and manage his five holiday apartments in Downtown Dubai.
About the Role:
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio — coordinating with tenants, contractors, and building management to maintain high standards. You will also act as the director’s right hand in Dubai, assisting with admin, scheduling, operational tasks, and wider business development activities.
Ideal Candidate:
Proactive, practical, strong character, and good problem-solver. Comfortable dealing with tenants, contractors, building management, and basic online tools/marketing. Must be adaptable and business-minded.
