The Job
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and local government authorities, including ADM, ADDC, Civil Defense, and others.
  • Prepare, submit, and track all required documentation for project approvals, NOCs, permits, and inspections.
  • Monitor and interpret local authority regulations, ensuring company practices remain compliant with the latest updates.
  • Utilize digital platforms (MePS, e-Services, etc.) to process online applications and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of submission timelines, approvals, and correspondence with regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate internally with design, engineering, and project teams to gather required documentation and resolve authority‑related queries.
  • Anticipate potential regulatory issues and proactively resolve delays or non‑compliance risks.
The Profile
  • 3–5 years of proven UAE experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on Abu Dhabi‑based projects.
  • In‑depth knowledge of local authority requirements, codes, and digital submission platforms.
  • Proficient in using MePS, e‑Services, and various UAE government portals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple submission cycles simultaneously.
