Job summary

Dr Scent is seeking a talented Perfumer to join our Head Office and lead scent formulation, driving R&D innovation and supporting our growing global presence.

You will create and refine fragrance formulations, oversee lab operations, and collaborate with suppliers, clients, and sales teams across regions. The ideal candidate has a strong olfactory sense, proven perfumery experience, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, perfumery or a related field.
• Proven track record as a perfumer with lab and operations experience.
• Strong olfactory ability and creative fragrance formulation talent.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills in aroma compounds.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Perfumery, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Perfumer with lab/operations experience.
• Highly developed olfactory sense and creative formulation talent.
• Strong organizational skills and technical expertise in aroma compounds.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken & written).
• Flexibility for frequent domestic and international travel.
