Job description

As the Digital Performance Manager, you will have a solid understanding of PPC, Display, and paid social campaigns (Facebook, YouTube). People and client management experience (ideally European-focused) is very important. You must have proven experience guiding clients clearly through the details of paid media campaigns. Excellent knowledge of Excel, programmatic advancements, and understanding the execution of campaigns is crucial.

You will currently be based in the UAE or looking to relocate to the region. This is a non-Arabic speaking position.

You will have two to three direct reports, working across various verticals ranging from retail to automotive, finance, and travel. It’s essential that you are passionate about digital marketing and its impact on how people research and purchase goods. You will own responsibility for your clients’ performance and commercial value, so a strategic planning approach is crucial. This includes optimizing client accounts for best performance through standard PPC, programmatic display, and paid social, such as improving bid strategies, testing creative campaigns, and overall scheduling.
