Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Strategic Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• Certified in PMP is a plus.
• Experience in collecting and compiling performance data from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Actively gather and enter performance data, ensuring regular updates for comprehensive analysis.
• Regularly review and refine data verification methods to align with best practices and technological advancements, ensuring support for continuous monitoring and analysis of organizational performance against KPIs.
• Analyze performance data at regular intervals (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track progress and identify trends.
• Identify performance trends, discrepancies, variances and areas of focus within performance data, analyzing root causes and potential impacts.
• Participate in providing a clear and detailed analysis of findings to enhance understanding of performance drivers and their implications.
• Assist in preparation of comprehensive performance reports, making them accessible and insightful for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and insights.
• Collaborate with technology team and other departments to improve data extraction and reporting processes.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation and improvement of the performance monitoring system.
