Job summary

A leading financial institution in the UAE is seeking a People Analyst to enhance employee experience and support HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage daily HR operations, coordinate recruitment, and support employee engagement initiatives. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of HR experience and familiarity with UAE labor laws. Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years in HR Operations or Generalist HR functions.
  • Familiarity with UAE labour law and GCC banking norms.
  • Experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily employee requests and payroll discrepancies.
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support the full HR lifecycle and employee engagement.
  • Act as a contact for employee relations issues.
