Job summary

Allocation Assist in Dubai is seeking a Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be CCT-qualified and fluent in Arabic, with experience treating children and adolescents.

You will assess, diagnose, and manage a range of pediatric mental health conditions, collaborating with psychologists, pediatricians, therapists, nurses, and school counselors. Relocation and DHA licensing support are available as needed.

Qualifications

• CCT in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Eligibility for DHA licensure (or already licensed).
• Fluency in Arabic is essential; strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Culturally sensitive approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy and medication management where appropriate.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and monitoring of patients’ progress.
• Work collaboratively with psychologists, pediatricians, therapists, nurses, and school counselors.
• Engage and support families, offering education and guidance in Arabic and English as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical meetings.
• Adhere to DHA regulations, ethical standards, and best clinical practices.
