Allocation Assist Middle East seeks a Consultant Pediatric Psychiatrist - Child Mental Health in Dubai to assess and treat mental health concerns in children and adolescents, conducting evaluations, planning treatment, psychotherapy, and family support within a multidisciplinary team. Arabic fluency is essential; DHA licensure eligibility is required or existing license.

Qualifications

• CCT in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or equivalent.
• Eligibility for DHA Consultant licensure in Dubai.
• Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents.
• Establish diagnoses using clinical interviews, history and observations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including psychotherapy and medication management.
• Provide and monitor psychotherapy and other interventions within scope.
• Counsel parents and caregivers on diagnosis, treatment options and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure DHA compliance.
