Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Valid MOH or SHA professional license/eligibility is required.
• Previous experience working with children, paediatric clients, or developmental conditions is preferred.
• Knowledge of paediatric physiotherapy, developmental milestones, and gross motor development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with children and their families.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patient, compassionate, and child-friendly approach.
• Good clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to support children’s gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, mobility, posture, and functional independence.
• Monitor and document each child’s progress and update treatment goals as appropriate.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, ABA therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers regarding therapy goals, progress, and appropriate home-based activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
• Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary meetings when required.
• Follow the centre’s clinical, professional, and safeguarding policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
