Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license as per regulatory requirements.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of inpatient pediatric nursing experience.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report changes to the physician.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.
• Educate families on the child's condition and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure effective communication.
• Follow infection control protocols in the pediatric unit.
• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and provide advanced life support.
