NMC GROUP SERVICES. in Abu Dhabi seeks a licensed pediatric psychologist to conduct age-appropriate assessments, develop ABA-informed intervention plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support children with autism, ADHD and developmental delays.

You will work with families, educators and therapists, provide caregiver coaching, and monitor outcomes using data-driven methods to adapt strategies for school, home and community.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with DOH qualification requirements.
• Master’s degree in Clinical/Developmental Psychology or related field.
• DOH Psychology License or eligibility for licensure.
• Formal training or certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive psychological and developmental assessments for children and adolescents.
• Develop and implement ABA-informed behavioral intervention plans.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and monitor outcomes with data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to integrate goals.
• Provide caregiver coaching and family education to support strategies at home.
• Work with schools, families, and therapists to ensure consistent approaches.
• Apply evidence-based interventions for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD and related conditions.
