First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage UAE & GCC regular, off-cycle and final settlements with accurate input validation and timely payments. Youfll maintain records and coordinate with HR and askHR to resolve employee queries.

The role requires 35 years of payroll experience, solid accounting basics, and proficiency with Oracle, Fusion Payroll and SAP. Strong numerical and communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance or related discipline.
• 35 years payroll experience.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
• Experience with Oracle, Fusion Payroll and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High numerical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Review UAE & GCC inputs for regular, off-cycle and final settlements.
• Manage payroll verifications, gross to net and other reconciliations.
• Process employee payments and maintain payroll records.
• Collaborate with HR and askHR to resolve employee queries within SLA.
• Prepare payroll reports and perform data analysis.
• Knowledge of Oracle and Fusion Payroll is essential.
