Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in the UAE seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage UAE/GCC payroll inputs, cycles, and final settlements, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

You will collaborate with HR and askHR, perform payroll verifications, and generate standard and ad-hoc reports. Knowledge of Oracle and Fusion Payroll is essential to support compliant payroll operations. This full-time role requires 3-5 years of payroll experience and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ payroll experience.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
• Experience working with accounting and payroll software, ORACLE, SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High numerical aptitude.
• Knowledge of Oracle and Fusion Payroll is essential

Responsibilities

• Manage UAE/GCC payroll inputs and system uploads.
• Perform monthly, off-cycle and final settlements payrolls.
• Maintain accurate payroll records.
• Handle pension reconciliation and issues.
• Payroll verifications and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Generate standard/ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
• Provide tier 2 support to HR and askHR.
• Knowledge of Oracle and Fusion Payroll is essential
