Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Experience in payroll systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, Sun System, Micros; Paytrax is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all hotel employees.
• Receive, verify, and record daily cash collections from all hotel outlets.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal control procedures and safeguard all cash.
• Prepare daily cash reports and summaries; assist in financial reporting.
