• Extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle systems.
• 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Thorough understanding on patient communication best practices and techniques.
• 0-2 years of relevant patient access experience.
• Demonstrated experience working with people of various educational and socioeconomics backgrounds preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
• Knowledge of UAE financial assistance programs.
• Time management skills and attention to detail.

• Advocates for uninsured and underinsured patients about estimated patient responsibility and payment options.
• Collects payments, reviews eligibility, and assists with financial assistance applications.
• Performs Real Time Eligibility (RTE) checks and coordinates with HIS and payer sites.
• Assists with submission of financial assistance applications and government programs.
• Maintains PHI privacy and updates guarantor/subscriber information in the system.
• Collaborates with Patient Access, Pre-Admission Review, Case Management and Social Services.
