Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• DOH License/Passer.
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and monitors patient responses.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with the care team.
• Educates patients and families and ensures accurate documentation.
