Job summary

JobCenter in El-Ain is seeking a creative Pastry Chef to craft pastries and desserts for our customers. You will design and bake a variety of pastries, ensuring quality and presentation across the menu.

In this hands-on role, you will lead recipe development, supervise junior pastry staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, efficient workstation in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a reputable establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of pastry arts and techniques.
• Creativity and ability to come up with new ideas for pastries and desserts.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of every pastry is consistent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or presentation.
• Good time management skills to ensure that orders are completed on time and ready for service.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Your main goal will be to satisfy our customers’ sweet cravings with your delectable creations.
