Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of pastry techniques and decoration methods.

• Strong understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes
• Decorate pastries using various techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
• Ensure all food safety standards are met during preparation and storage
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
• Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
