Job Description:

  • Prepare and oversee the production of pastries and desserts for the restaurants and online platforms.
  • Ensure all pastry items meet brand quality standards and are consistent in taste, presentation, and portion size.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to suggest menu enhancements and implement new dessert creations.
  • Manage pastry inventory, minimize wastage, and maintain efficient operations in the central kitchen

Qualifications:

  • Open to Asians and Levant nationalities, from 28 to 38 years old
  • Minimum 3 years of professional pastry experience, with at least 2 years in a central kitchen or multi-outlet operation.
  • Proven expertise in preparing Arabic pastries, desserts, and baked goods, with strong knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operations.
  • Leadership experience in supervising and coordinating kitchen workflows efficiently, particularly in high-volume or delivery-focused environments.
