Job summary

A leading automotive parts company in Dubai seeks an Assistant Parts Manager to support the Parts Manager in overseeing the inventory control and distribution of automotive parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer focus. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, maintaining stock levels, and assisting customers. Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in parts, inventory, or storekeeping, preferably in automotive or machinery.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical/technical terminology necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing operations of the parts department.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular checks.
  • Order parts from suppliers and manage deliveries.
  • Support customer inquiries about parts.
